Why the hull matters
A center console is a fine boat until the sea is not fine. Miss Chief is a sportfisher with a cabin you can step into, a head that is not a bucket, and a ride that stays fishing-shaped when the afternoon breeze fills in. Families notice the head. Offshore crews notice the tower and the outriggers.
She leaves from Key Largo Harbor Marina, 400 Ocean Drive. Morning trips for the long days are at 7. Be at the dock a little before that. Parking is at the marina. If you are late, call (305) 393-2430. The fish will not wait, and neither will a 7 a.m. start if the rest of the day is stacked behind it.
